L22 Liplex 22 for creams serums balms and hair care

L22 Liplex 22 is a complex lipid blend for facial care, lip care, hand products, body cosmetics, and hair formulations. Its composition includes Jojoba Oil/Macadamia Seed Oil Esters, Squalene, Phytosteryl Macadamiate, Phytosterols, and Tocopherol. This makes the ingredient suitable for formulas where the oil phase requires more than a simple vegetable oil profile.

Liplex 22 can be used in creams, emulsion serums, overnight masks, lip balms, hand creams, body lotions, conditioners, hair masks, and leave-in products. It works well in modern formulas built around lipid care, botanical lipids, skin comfort, and premium texture concepts.

In facial creams, L22 is incorporated into the lipid phase together with emollients, Squalane, oils, and structuring materials. For lightweight textures, it can be combined with dry-feel emollients and a moderate oil level. For richer night products, the lipid phase may be increased, but the formula should not be overloaded with waxes and butters.

In lip care, Liplex 22 is suitable for soft balms, sticks, and overnight lip masks. In hair care, it can be used in masks, conditioners, end creams, and leave-in emulsions. For fine hair products, the lipid level should be reduced, while richer systems may be developed for intensive masks.

Beeswax 140 g

Castor Oil 90 g

Vitamin E 10 g

Total Batch Weight 1000 g

Melt Beeswax and Mango Butter with gentle heating until uniform. Add L22 Liplex 22, Jojoba Oil, Squalane, Macadamia Oil, and Castor Oil.

Mix until completely homogeneous and begin cooling. Add Vitamin E and Fragrance Composition at the appropriate processing stage.

Fill the finished balm into clean, dry packaging. Before production, evaluate hardness, melting behavior during application, odor, stability, and performance at different storage temperatures.
