CO2 Winter Anti Aging Complex is a synergistic blend of CO2 extracts of horse chestnut, sea buckthorn, train herb, Hypericum, rosehip, licorice root and vanilla obtained through supercritical extraction. The material is fully anhydrous and lipophilic with oily consistency ranging from golden amber to deep orange brown and a characteristic herbal sweet aroma. Insoluble in water and incorporated into the oil phase of emulsions and balms. The CO2 format provides concentrated lipophilic phyto components with stable composition. Compatible with vegetable oils, butters and waxes and stable under typical oil phase processing temperatures.

Cocoa butter 90 ml
Jojoba oil 70 ml
Sea buckthorn oil 35 ml
Cetyl alcohol 22 g
Purified water 550 ml
Propanediol 55 g
Preservative system 3 g

Cocoa butter, jojoba oil and cetyl alcohol are heated until fully melted to form a uniform oil phase. The CO2 Complex is incorporated and mixed until evenly distributed. In a separate vessel purified water and propanediol are heated. The oil phase is gradually introduced into the aqueous phase under intensive mixing to form a stable emulsion. After structural stabilization the preservative system is added and pH is adjusted to a balanced range suitable for emulsions. The result is a dense winter cream with warm natural tone and structured lipid matrix.
