Bulk Coffee CO2 Concentrate Built for Continuous Production Lines
The 1 kg pack of CO2 Extract of Coffee Beans is designed for manufacturers handling large batches who need consistent quality across every shipment. This packaging size suits production lines making body creams, anti-cellulite gels, exfoliating scrubs and perfume compositions, where the coffee concentrate is used on a regular industrial basis. The extract is obtained through supercritical extraction without solvents, so it retains the full complex of lipids, caffeine, tannins and aromatic compounds characteristic of roasted beans. This ingredient belongs to the category of CO2 Extracts, which brings together concentrated natural extracts free of residual solvent traces.
The main application of coffee CO2 extract is body care manufacturing: anti-cellulite and firming creams, warming body wraps, scrubs and massage oils. The caffeine content helps stimulate microcirculation and gives finished formulas a recognizable toning effect, which is why the ingredient has become a standard component in spa lines and professional body care products. Beyond skin care, the extract is widely used in fragrance work — it flavors candles, home fragrance diffusers and niche gourmand compositions, as well as in food manufacturing to add coffee aroma to confectionery products and beverages. In household chemical production, the concentrate is used to scent home care products with a coffee accent.
The recommended dosage of coffee CO2 extract in cosmetic formulations ranges from 0.5 to 3 percent of total mass, while in fragrance compositions and candle scenting it runs from 1 to 5 percent depending on the desired aroma intensity. It is best introduced at the final stage of formulation, at a temperature not exceeding 40-45 degrees, to preserve the volatile aromatic fractions and the activity of the active compounds. The ingredient pairs well with other lipid and botanical concentrates: for instance, with Grape Seed CO2 Extract, which reinforces the antioxidant profile of a formula, and with Nutmeg CO2 Extract, which adds a spicy note to the finished product's scent. For soothing and restorative formulas it is often combined with St. John's wort CO2 extract.
The extract should be stored in a sealed container, in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent oxidation of the lipid fraction. When storage conditions are respected, the product retains its properties throughout the stated shelf life, making the kilogram pack a cost-effective choice for regular industrial production without risking spoilage before full use.
