Instructions:

1. In a clean, sanitized beaker, combine all ingredients from Phase A (Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Witch Hazel Hydrosol). Stir gently to mix.
2. In a separate small container, combine the ingredients from Phase B (Concentrated Yarrow Extract and Glycerin). Mix well until the extract is fully dispersed in the glycerin. Glycerin helps to solubilize the extract in the water phase.
3. Slowly add the Phase B mixture to the Phase A mixture, stirring continuously until thoroughly combined and clear.
4. Add the Phase C ingredient (Liquid Germall Plus) to the combined mixture. Stir well to ensure the preservative is evenly distributed.
5. Transfer the finished facial mist into a clean, sterilized spray bottle.

Application Recommendations:
