INYLINE Peptide for Lightweight Facial Concentrates and Eye Care
INYLINE Peptide is a cosmetic complex based on Acetyl Hexapeptide-30 and intended for formulations targeting the visible appearance of expression-prone facial areas. It is suitable for forehead serums, glabellar gels, eye contour products, lightweight emulsions, masks, and professional peptide concentrates.
The ingredient belongs to the Peptides for Cosmetics section of the Mylo Opt catalog. Its water-based format makes it practical for modern skin care products where a light texture, rapid application, and compatibility with hydrating ingredients are required.
Function within a skin care formula
Acetyl Hexapeptide-30 is the central peptide component of INYLINE Peptide. Depending on the commercial grade, the solution may also contain Aqua, Arginine, and Caprylyl Glycol. The final INCI declaration must be copied from the certificate supplied with the actual batch.
The peptide is generally incorporated into targeted products rather than used as the only functional ingredient. A complete formula normally includes humectants, texture modifiers, preservation, and ingredients that support a smooth skin feel.
INYLINE Peptide is especially useful in products designed for areas affected by repeated facial movement.
Serum development
A water serum is one of the most practical formats for this ingredient. The base may be thickened with xanthan gum, carbomer, hydroxyethylcellulose, or a compatible pre-made gel system.
Glycerin, betaine, sodium lactate, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid can be used to build a balanced hydrating phase. The amount of each humectant should be controlled to prevent excessive tackiness.
For a clearer serum, the manufacturer should select a polymer that remains compatible with peptides, electrolytes, and the chosen preservative. Each new formula requires observation for haze, sediment, viscosity changes, and odor development.
Eye contour products
INYLINE Peptide can be incorporated into fragrance-free gels and lightweight eye emulsions. These products should spread easily without leaving a heavy oily film.
A gel formula may contain aloe, betaine, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, and soothing botanical extracts. A cream formula may include squalane, jojoba oil, MCT oil, ceramides, or lightweight esters.
Heavy wax levels and high fragrance loads are generally unnecessary in products intended for the eye contour.
Multi-peptide systems
The ingredient may be combined with Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Pentapeptide-18, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, and other cosmetic peptides.
A multi-peptide serum should be designed around compatible processing conditions. The total active load, pH, preservative system, and viscosity must remain suitable for every component.
Niacinamide, amino acids, antioxidants, and selected botanical extracts may also be included. Strongly acidic systems and formulas containing high levels of exfoliating acids require separate compatibility testing.
Processing recommendations
INYLINE Peptide should be added during the cool-down stage below 40°C. It should not be exposed to the hot oil phase or prolonged heating.
In gel formulas, hydrate the thickener completely before adding the peptide. In emulsions, form the emulsion first and allow it to cool before incorporating INYLINE Peptide.
Use gentle to moderate mixing. Excessive agitation may introduce air and make the final product more difficult to fill.
After production, evaluate pH, appearance, viscosity, odor, packaging compatibility, and preservation stability.
Suggested concentration
Facial serums may contain 2-5% INYLINE Peptide. Eye contour gels commonly use 1-3%. Targeted forehead concentrates and professional products may use 3-5%.
The final level should follow the supplier recommendations for the concentration of the supplied solution.
Storage conditions
Store the raw material in a tightly closed container away from direct light, excessive heat, and freezing conditions. Keep handling equipment clean and dry to avoid contamination.
Finished products are best packed in airless containers or pump bottles that reduce repeated exposure to air and fingers.
INYLINE Peptide facial concentrate
Purified Water 84.7 g
INYLINE Peptide 5 g
Cornflower Hydrosol 3 g
Glycerin 2 g
Betaine 2 g
D-Panthenol 1 g
Sodium Lactate 0.5 g
Hyaluronic Acid 0.2 g
Xanthan Gum 0.3 g
Preservative 0.8 g
Allantoin 0.5 g
Disperse xanthan gum in glycerin until uniform. Add the mixture slowly to purified water and allow the polymer to hydrate fully.
Add cornflower hydrosol, betaine, sodium lactate, D-panthenol, and dissolved allantoin. Incorporate pre-hydrated hyaluronic acid and mix gently.
Below 40°C, add INYLINE Peptide and the preservative. Mix until homogeneous, verify the pH, and allow trapped air to escape before filling the concentrate into airless containers.
