Product Description
Hyaderm hyaluronic polymer complex for moisturizing cosmetic formulations and emulsion systems
Hyaderm is a functional cosmetic ingredient based on crosslinked sodium hyaluronate combined with lipid and emulsifying components. The complex is designed for integration into modern cosmetic formulations including creams, serums, emulsions and gel systems. Due to the combination of aqueous and lipid phases Hyaderm is easily incorporated into formulations and supports stable product structure. The ingredient is compatible with a wide range of cosmetic raw materials and is suitable for laboratory development, private label production and industrial manufacturing. It is used in skin care formulations and complex cosmetic systems.
Properties and formulation behavior
In cosmetic formulations Hyaderm contributes to smooth and balanced textures. In emulsions it supports structural stability and plasticity. In serums and creams it provides comfortable application and even distribution. Crosslinked sodium hyaluronate forms a gel matrix that retains moisture within the formulation and enhances texture performance. Finished products provide a smooth and uniform sensory experience.
Applications across industries
Hyaderm is used in cosmetic manufacturing in creams, serums, emulsions, gels and lotions. In body care it is used in moisturizing formulations. In hair care it is applied in conditioners and scalp care systems. In SPA applications it is used in professional products. In pharmaceutical development it is used as a formulation component. In functional product systems it is used as part of complex formulations. The ingredient is widely used in private label development, contract manufacturing and large scale production.
Recipe for moisturizing emulsion
Distilled water — 60 ml
Hyaderm — 10 g
Jojoba oil — 10 ml
Glycerin — 8 ml
Emulsifier — 5 g
Panthenol — 2 ml
Cosmetic preservative — 1 ml
Preparation process
Distilled water is combined with glycerin to form the aqueous phase. In a separate vessel the oil phase is prepared by mixing jojoba oil with emulsifier and heating until uniform. The oil phase is then added to the aqueous phase under mixing to form an emulsion. Hyaderm is incorporated during the cooling stage and dispersed evenly. Panthenol is added and mixed until homogeneous. Finally the preservative is introduced and the formulation is mixed until a stable emulsion suitable for cosmetic manufacturing is obtained.
