Heliogenol — 2 g
Hydrolyzed keratin — 2 g
Polyquaternium-10 — 0.5 g
Glycerin — 3 g
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil — 2 g
Panthenol — 1 g
Preservative Euxyl PE 9010 — 0.8 g
Lactic acid — 0.3 g

All components are combined in the water phase, the active is added below 40°C, followed by other ingredients and system stabilization.
