2. Gently heat Phase B in a double boiler until the emulsifying wax is fully melted and the mixture is clear (approx. 70-75°C / 158-167°F). Remove from heat.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients of Phase A (Exfoliating Granules "Sea Breeze" and Fine Sea Salt). Stir well to mix.
4. Slowly pour the melted Phase B mixture into Phase A while continuously stirring. Mix thoroughly until all dry ingredients are fully coated and evenly dispersed.
5. Allow the mixture to cool down while occasionally stirring. As it cools, it will thicken and form a creamy scrub.
6. Once the mixture has cooled to below 40°C (104°F), add the ingredients of Phase C (Polysorbate 80, Preservative, and Essential Oil Blend). Mix well to ensure uniform distribution.
7. Transfer the finished "Ocean Dream" Body Scrub into a clean, air-tight container.

Application Recommendations:

Apply a generous amount of "Ocean Dream" Body Scrub to damp skin in the shower or bath. Gently massage in circular motions, focusing on rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels.
