Product Description

Zinc Gluconate mineral ingredient for stabilization of cosmetic formulations and aqueous systems

Zinc Gluconate is an organic zinc compound widely used as a functional ingredient in cosmetic and formulation systems. Due to its high compatibility with aqueous solutions and stability in complex formulations, it is widely applied in the development of serums, gels, creams and lotions. Zinc Gluconate integrates easily into formulations and provides uniform distribution of active components. It is used in skin care, body care and hair care products as well as in complex systems with other ingredients. Due to its stability and reproducibility it is widely used in laboratory development, private label production and industrial manufacturing.

Properties and formulation behavior

In cosmetic formulations Zinc Gluconate contributes to light and uniform textures. In aqueous systems it maintains clarity and stability. In emulsions it supports structural integrity. In gel systems it provides smooth texture and even application. Finished products deliver a balanced and comfortable sensory profile.

Applications across industries

Zinc Gluconate is used in cosmetic manufacturing in serums, gels, creams and lotions. In skin care it is applied in facial and body formulations. In hair care it is used in scalp treatments and conditioning systems. In SPA applications it is used in professional formulations. In pharmaceutical development it is used as a formulation component. In nutraceutical production it is used as a mineral ingredient. In functional products it is used as part of complex systems. The ingredient is widely used in private label development, contract manufacturing and industrial production.

Recipe for refreshing skin gel

Distilled water - 75 ml
Mint hydrosol - 12 ml
Glycerin - 5 ml
Zinc Gluconate - 3 g
Carbomer - 1 g
Panthenol - 2 ml
Cosmetic preservative - 1 ml

Preparation process

Distilled water is combined with mint hydrosol to form the aqueous phase. Glycerin is added and mixed until uniform. Carbomer is dispersed to create a gel structure. Zinc Gluconate is incorporated and dissolved evenly. Panthenol is added and mixed until homogeneous. Finally the preservative is introduced and the formulation is mixed until a stable gel suitable for cosmetic manufacturing is obtained.
