Product Description
Zinc Gluconate functional mineral ingredient for cosmetic formulations and technological systems
Zinc Gluconate is an organic zinc salt widely used as a functional ingredient in cosmetic and formulation systems. The ingredient demonstrates high compatibility with aqueous systems and stability in complex formulations, making it suitable for laboratory development and industrial manufacturing. Zinc Gluconate is easily incorporated into serums, creams, gels, lotions and cleansing products, providing uniform distribution within the formulation. It is used in skin care and hair care products as well as in complex systems with other active ingredients. Due to its reproducibility and formulation stability it is widely used in private label development, contract manufacturing and large scale production.
Properties and formulation behavior
In cosmetic formulations Zinc Gluconate contributes to lightweight and balanced textures. In aqueous systems it maintains clarity and uniformity. In emulsions it supports structural stability. In serums and gels it provides smooth application and even distribution. Finished products deliver a comfortable non sticky sensory profile.
Applications across industries
Zinc Gluconate is used in cosmetic manufacturing in serums, creams, gels, lotions and cleansers. In skin care it is applied in facial and body formulations. In hair care it is used in scalp treatments and conditioning systems. In SPA applications it is used in professional formulations. In pharmaceutical development it is used as a formulation component. In nutraceutical production it is used as a mineral ingredient. In functional products it is used as part of complex systems. The ingredient is widely used in private label development, contract manufacturing and industrial production.
Recipe for balancing skin gel
Distilled water - 72 ml
Green tea hydrosol - 15 ml
Glycerin - 6 ml
Zinc Gluconate - 3 g
Xanthan gum - 1 g
Panthenol - 2 ml
Cosmetic preservative - 1 ml
Preparation process
Distilled water is combined with green tea hydrosol to form the aqueous phase. Glycerin is added and mixed until uniform. Xanthan gum is dispersed to form a gel structure. Zinc Gluconate is incorporated and dissolved evenly. Panthenol is added and mixed until homogeneous. Finally the preservative is introduced and the formulation is mixed until a stable gel suitable for cosmetic manufacturing is obtained.
