Product Description
Hydrotherapeutic Mineral Complex electrolyte mineral ingredient for formulation stability
Hydrotherapeutic mineral complex is a concentrated aqueous system of mineral electrolytes designed as a functional raw material for modern cosmetic and industrial formulation. It is based on a balanced composition of mineral salts that ensures stable performance in water based and emulsion systems. The complex acts as a mineralizing ingredient improving structural characteristics and system stability. High compatibility with polymer thickeners, emulsifiers and surfactants makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Properties and functional role
The complex regulates electrolyte environment and affects formulation stability. Calcium and magnesium enhance structural density. Sodium and chlorides support moisture balance. Bicarbonates stabilize pH conditions. Sulfates improve mechanical strength. It can be used as a supporting stabilizer and rheology modifier.
Properties and result
Formulations with the complex show improved texture and uniform structure. Emulsions become more stable, gels develop consistent networks and cleansing systems perform smoother. It supports controlled distribution of actives and improves storage stability.
Purpose
The complex is used to create stable electrolyte balanced formulations with improved technological properties. It acts as a functional ingredient for enhancing actives and optimizing product structure.
Application
Primary segment is cosmetic manufacturing and contract production. It is used in creams, serums, masks, cleansers and hair care products. In SPA it is used in professional treatments. In cleaning industry it supports mild systems. In pharmaceutical and supplement development it acts as an auxiliary electrolyte component.
Recipe Balancing mineral gel
Hydrotherapeutic mineral complex — 55 ml
Glycerin — 8 ml
Carbomer — 0.8 g
Xanthan Gum — 0.4 g
Niacinamide — 5 g
Panthenol — 5 ml
Allantoin — 1 g
Phenoxyethanol — 0.8 ml
Euxyl PE 9010 — 0.7 ml
Purified water — up to 100 ml
Carbomer and xanthan gum are dispersed in water with mixing until a uniform system forms, followed by heating for structure stabilization. Glycerin is added to create gel base. The mineral complex is introduced with even distribution. After cooling actives and preservatives are added and the system is homogenized to obtain a stable gel.
Manufacturing stability
The complex provides consistent performance during scale up and maintains batch reproducibility. It is compatible with emulsifier and stabilizer systems and suitable for industrial manufacturing.
