Purified water 620 ml
Glycerin 50 g
Cetiol Ultimate 80 ml
Jojoba oil 60 ml
Olivem 1000 emulsifier 35 g
Panthenol 12 g
Allantoin 3 g
Preservative system 2 g

The aqueous phase is heated and glycerin is dissolved until uniform. In a separate vessel Cetiol Ultimate, jojoba oil and Olivem 1000 are heated until the emulsifier melts forming the oil phase. The oil phase is gradually incorporated into the water phase under mixing to create an emulsion. After partial cooling panthenol and allantoin are added and mixed thoroughly. Finally the preservative system is incorporated and pH is adjusted to a stable range suitable for cream formulations. The final product is a light facial cream with silky texture.
