Purified water 420 ml
Salep Root Extract Powder 4 g
Natural honey 18 g
Milk or plant beverage 60 ml

To prepare the beverage, extract powder is gradually dissolved in warm water while mixing until uniform thick texture forms. Honey and milk or plant beverage are then added while mixing continues until evenly distributed. The beverage is consumed freshly prepared while warm.
