Lavender essential oil premium grade botanical aromatic ingredient for oil phase integration and emulsion systems
Lavender essential oil premium grade is a concentrated botanical extract obtained through steam distillation of lavender flowers, preserving a complex composition of naturally occurring volatile compounds. This functional ingredient is widely used in modern formulation as an aromatic component and auxiliary lipophilic raw material that integrates efficiently into oil phases and emulsion systems. The premium grade classification reflects controlled raw material processing and consistent compositional parameters, making the ingredient suitable for industrial manufacturing and standardized formulation development.
In formulation systems, lavender essential oil performs as an aromatic ingredient and a supporting functional component that enhances system uniformity and distribution of volatile compounds. It is incorporated primarily into the oil phase and demonstrates high compatibility with plant oils, emollients, waxes, emulsifiers, surfactants and other essential oils. During manufacturing processes, the ingredient maintains stable behavior under thermal processing, mixing and homogenization conditions, allowing predictable performance in both laboratory scale and full scale production.
Lavender essential oil is applied in a wide range of products where a stable aromatic profile, formulation compatibility and processing reliability are required. It is suitable for both simple formulations and complex multi component systems where controlled structure and consistency are essential.

Recipe
Light emulsion cream with lavender essential oil
Purified water 730 ml
Lavender essential oil 12 ml
Almond oil 120 ml
Emulsifier 40 g
Glycerin 60 ml
Panthenol 20 ml
Calendula extract 40 ml
Preservative system 5 ml
pH regulator 3 ml
Process
The oil phase is prepared by combining plant oil, emulsifier and lavender essential oil followed by controlled heating until uniform distribution is achieved. The aqueous phase is prepared separately with glycerin fully dissolved. Once both phases reach similar temperatures, they are combined under continuous mixing to form a stable emulsion. During the cooling stage, active ingredients are incorporated followed by addition of preservative and pH adjustment. The formulation is stabilized to achieve consistent texture and uniform aromatic distribution.
Industrial stability and scalability of production
Lavender essential oil premium grade is widely used in industrial manufacturing due to its stable composition and predictable behavior in formulation systems. It supports reproducibility of aromatic profiles and helps reduce variability between production batches.
The ingredient integrates efficiently into standard manufacturing workflows and does not require complex processing conditions. It is suitable for scaling from laboratory development to full scale industrial production while maintaining formulation integrity and consistency. It is applied across cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries as a reliable botanical aromatic raw material.
