Crodasone Cystine protein complex for hair care formulation systems
Crodasone Cystine is a functional cosmetic ingredient used in development of modern hair care formulations. The complex belongs to the category of protein based cosmetic actives used in professional hair care systems. The ingredient combines hydrolyzed keratin with a cystine derivative stabilized by a silane functional group, allowing compatibility with different cosmetic formulation systems.
Due to its technological structure the ingredient can be easily incorporated into aqueous solutions, surfactant based systems and emulsion formulations. Crodasone Cystine is widely used in shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, leave-in serums and professional hair treatments. The ingredient is used by formulation laboratories and cosmetic manufacturers developing modern protein complexes for hair care products. The raw material is suitable for private label development, contract manufacturing and industrial cosmetic production.
Properties and formulation interaction
Within cosmetic formulations Crodasone Cystine functions as a protein ingredient integrated into different hair care textures. In shampoos, conditioners and serums the ingredient distributes evenly throughout the formulation matrix and becomes part of the formulation system.
In different cosmetic textures the complex contributes to formation of smooth product structure and improves distribution of the formulation on the hair surface.
Applications across industries
Crodasone Cystine is used in development of hair care products including shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, leave-in serums and styling formulations.
In SPA formulations the ingredient may be incorporated into professional hair care systems.
In formulation laboratories the complex is used in development of new protein based cosmetic formulations and ingredient systems.
Recipe for conditioning hair spray
Distilled water — 69 ml
Sage hydrosol — 15 ml
Glycerin — 6 ml
Crodasone Cystine — 3 g
Panthenol — 3 ml
Aloe extract — 3 ml
Cosmetic preservative — 1 ml
Preparation process
Distilled water is combined with sage hydrosol to form the aqueous base of the formulation. Glycerin is incorporated and mixed until evenly distributed. Crodasone Cystine is introduced into the water phase and mixed until fully integrated within the formulation system.
Panthenol is added and blended until the composition becomes homogeneous. Aloe extract is incorporated and the formulation is mixed until a stable spray texture suitable for cosmetic manufacturing is obtained. At the final stage the preservative is added and the formulation is blended until a stable cosmetic product ready for production is achieved.
