Pure Hyaluronic Gel multicomponent aqueous base with dual molecular weight sodium hyaluronate
Pure Hyaluronic Gel is a ready to use aqueous system based on sodium hyaluronate of different molecular weights combined with a complex of moisturizing components. INCI Water Sterilized Coffea Arabica Hydrosol Propanediol Lactobacillus Ferment Trehalose Biosaccharide Gum-1 Sorbitol Inulin Sodium Hyaluronate High Molecular Sodium Hyaluronate Low Molecular Salicylic Acid. The product is used in cosmetic formulations as an active water phase with enhanced hydration performance and improved sensory profile.
What it is and where it is used
The gel is applied as a functional component in serums creams gels and eye area products. It is suitable for formulations where the aqueous phase needs to be enhanced without additional structuring steps.
It is used in development of products for different skin types including lightweight systems with high water content.
How it works
High molecular weight sodium hyaluronate forms a hydrophilic film on the skin surface that helps retain moisture. Low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate distributes within the aqueous phase and supports uniform hydration.
Supporting components such as Trehalose Sorbitol and Biosaccharide Gum-1 improve moisture retention and stabilize the system. Lactobacillus Ferment and Inulin act as supportive formulation components.
Properties
Improves hydration level of the skin
Forms a moisture retaining film
Enhances spreadability
Improves sensory characteristics
Compatible with aqueous and emulsion systems
Ready to use without pre dissolution
Applications across industries
In cosmetics it is used in serums creams gels and masks
In skin care it is applied in hydration focused formulations
In spa products it is used in gel systems
In manufacturing it serves as a ready to use active aqueous base
Behavior in formulation
The gel is fully compatible with the water phase and integrates easily into formulations. It can be used as part of the aqueous phase or as a base component.
It does not require heating and is added during the cooling stage. It is compatible with most actives when pH is controlled.
How to use
Add to the aqueous phase or during cooling
Use directly without pre dissolution
Apply gentle mixing to maintain structure
Recommended usage level
1 to 10 percent depending on formulation type
Higher levels can be used in serum systems
In creams it is used as part of the aqueous phase
Formulation example
Hydrating serum with hyaluronic complex
Purified Water — 780 ml
Pure Hyaluronic Gel — 100 ml
Glycerin — 40 ml
Panthenol — 10 ml
Niacinamide — 20 g
Allantoin — 3 g
Phenoxyethanol Ethylhexylglycerin — 5 ml
Light Fresh Fragrance Oil — 2 ml
Processing
Glycerin and Niacinamide are dissolved in water with mixing. Panthenol and Allantoin are then added.
Pure Hyaluronic Gel is incorporated during the cooling phase with gentle mixing.
Phenoxyethanol Ethylhexylglycerin and Light Fresh Fragrance Oil are added at the final stage. The mixture is stirred until uniform.
Important considerations
The gel already contains a complex of active components
Heating is not required and should be avoided
Compatibility with acids and actives requires pH control
Final performance depends on the full formulation system
