3. Prepare Phase B (Oil Phase): In a second heat-proof beaker, combine emulsifying wax, shea butter, jojoba oil, and cetyl alcohol. Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) until all solid ingredients are fully melted and clear.
4. Emulsify: Slowly pour the hot water phase (Phase A) into the hot oil phase (Phase B) while continuously stirring with a hand blender or stick blender on low speed. Continue blending until a stable, homogeneous emulsion forms and the cream begins to thicken as it cools.
