1. In a clean, sanitized beaker, combine the distilled water and rose hydrosol (rosewater) from Phase A. Stir gently.
2. In a separate small container, mix the vegetable glycerin (Phase B) until thoroughly combined.
3. Slowly add the glycerin mixture (Phase B) to the water/hydrosol mixture (Phase A), stirring continuously until fully incorporated.
4. Add the Optiphen Plus (Phase C) to the combined mixture and stir well for at least 1-2 minutes to ensure even dispersion.
5. Using a funnel, carefully pour the finished facial mist into the 100 ml Plastic Spray Bottle.
6. Securely attach the spray top.
