Sugar - 30 g
Glucose Syrup - 8 g

Phase B
Edible Glitter Sea Breeze - 1.5 g
Blue Mint Food Flavor - 0.5 g
Citric Acid - 0.3 g

Heat the water and sugar until fully dissolved. Add the glucose syrup and stir slowly until a transparent syrup forms. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and add the ingredients from Phase B. Mix gently until the glitter is evenly distributed throughout the syrup.

The finished shimmer syrup works well for decorating cocktails, lemonade drinks, dessert toppings, festive beverages and creative confectionery presentation. When added to transparent drinks, the syrup creates a bright shimmering visual effect with cool ocean-inspired reflections.
