Purified water 72 g
Bio Ceramidyl Hair 5 g
Cetearyl alcohol 6 g
Jojoba oil 5 ml
Quaternized conditioning agent 5 g
Panthenol 3 g
Glycerin 2 g
Preservative 2 g

To prepare the conditioner purified water is heated to working temperature. In a separate vessel cetearyl alcohol and jojoba oil are melted together. The oil phase is gradually incorporated into the water phase under continuous mixing to form a uniform emulsion. After partial cooling Bio Ceramidyl Hair and the quaternized conditioning agent are added and evenly distributed. Panthenol and glycerin are then incorporated. Finally the preservative is introduced and mixing continues until full stabilization. The finished conditioner is allowed to reach final structure before filling.
