2. In a separate clean beaker, combine the Willow Bark Glycolic Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Niacinamide, and Panthenol (Phase B). Stir gently until all ingredients are dissolved.
3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while stirring continuously.
4. Sprinkle the Xanthan Gum (Phase C) slowly over the surface of the liquid while stirring vigorously to avoid clumping. Continue stirring until the gum is fully hydrated and the mixture is clear and slightly viscous.
5. Add the preservative (Phase D) and stir well to ensure even distribution.
6. Adjust the pH of the serum to a skin-friendly range (around 4.0-5.5) if necessary, using a mild acid or base.
7. Carefully transfer the serum into a clean, airtight bottle or dropper bottle.

Application Recommendations:
