Vanilla Oil Extract 1 L

Vanilla Oil Extract — lipophilic aromatic ingredient for stable emulsion systems

Vanilla oil extract is a lipophilic raw material derived from Vanilla planifolia pods using controlled oil maceration techniques. The composition includes lipid-soluble aromatic compounds such as vanillin and phenolic fractions that define its behavior in formulation. This form allows stable integration of aroma into oil phase systems and ensures compatibility with emollients.

In industrial manufacturing this raw material functions as an aromatic and structural component influencing texture, stability and distribution of components. It supports uniform dispersion of aromatic compounds and improves storage stability.

Properties and functional role

Vanilla oil extract functions as a lipophilic ingredient integrated into oil phase systems. It acts as an aroma carrier and influences system stability.

The ingredient is compatible with plant oils, emollients and waxes. It requires controlled temperature and oxidation protection.

Properties and result

Improves aroma distribution, enhances stability and supports uniform texture.
