Purified water 73 ml
Uncaryl 6 ml
Glycerin 5 ml
Gelling agent 2 g
Preservative 1 g

To prepare the serum purified water is placed into a clean container and the gelling agent is evenly dispersed across the surface allowing complete hydration. After gel formation the mixture is gently stirred until uniform. Glycerin is added and mixed thoroughly. Uncaryl is gradually incorporated with gentle stirring until evenly distributed. Finally the preservative is added and the formulation is mixed carefully, then allowed to stabilize before filling or use.
