Niacinamide — 2 g
Hydroxyethylcellulose — 0.4 g
Polysorbate 20 — 1 g
Phenoxyethanol — 0.8 g
Panthenol — 2 g
Squalane — 4 g
Grape seed oil — 3 g
Lactic acid — 0.4 g

Technology: Heat water phase to 70°C and hydrate thickener. Add emulsifying system and oil phase. Cool to 40°C and introduce peptide and actives. Adjust pH.

Instruction: Add peptide below 40°C. Avoid overheating. Ensure uniform mixing.
