2. In a separate container, combine the jojoba oil and emulsifying wax, and heat until the wax is completely melted, also approximately 70°C (158°F).
3. Slowly pour the heated water into the oil phase, while continuously stirring with a stick blender or immersion blender.
4. Continue blending until a smooth emulsion forms.
5. Allow the mixture to cool to approximately 40°C (104°F).
6. Add the Triethanolamine (TEA) and preservative, and mix thoroughly.
7. Transfer the finished hand cream to a clean, airtight container.
