Product Description
Texapon OCN surfactant for cleansing cosmetic formulations and liquid washing systems
Texapon OCN is a surfactant raw material used in the development of cleansing systems for cosmetic and liquid washing formulations. This ingredient functions as a base component in liquid cleansing products due to its compatibility with aqueous systems and formulation stability in different cosmetic compositions. Texapon OCN is commonly used in shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps and cleansing skin care products. Surfactants of this type are widely used in cosmetic formulation development because they form the functional base of liquid cleansing systems. The ingredient integrates well into formulation systems and is used in laboratory development as well as industrial manufacturing of cosmetic and washing products. Texapon OCN is suitable for production lines of cosmetic manufacturers, contract manufacturing projects and private label cosmetic formulations.
Properties and formulation role
Within cleansing formulations Texapon OCN acts as a surfactant component forming the base of the cleansing system. In liquid cosmetic products the ingredient contributes to the formation of homogeneous textures of shampoos and cleansing gels. In aqueous systems the surfactant disperses evenly and supports the structure of cleansing formulations. In finished cosmetic products Texapon OCN helps create liquid textures suitable for hair and skin cleansing formulations.
Applications across industries
Texapon OCN is widely used in cosmetic manufacturing including shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps and skin cleansing products. In hair care formulations surfactants are incorporated into shampoos and scalp cleansing systems. In SPA formulations cleansing systems are used in professional body care products. In formulation laboratories Texapon OCN is used for development of new cleansing products. The ingredient is widely applied in private label development, contract manufacturing and industrial production of cosmetic and washing formulations. Similar surfactants are also used in the production of household cleaning systems and liquid cleansing compositions.
Recipe for mild cleansing gel for skin
Distilled water — 60 ml
Texapon OCN — 25 ml
Cocamidopropyl betaine — 10 ml
Glycerin — 5 ml
Aloe extract — 5 ml
Panthenol — 2 ml
Cosmetic preservative — 1 ml
Preparation process
Distilled water is blended with glycerin to create the base aqueous phase. Texapon OCN is then introduced and mixed until evenly dispersed in the solution. Cocamidopropyl betaine is incorporated and mixed gently to form the cleansing base of the gel. Aloe extract and panthenol are added and the mixture is stirred until a uniform texture is obtained. The preservative is added at the final stage and the formulation is mixed until a stable cleansing gel suitable for cosmetic manufacturing is achieved.
