Cosmetic Recipe: Invigorating Tetradenia Foot Spray

Ingredient Quantity (by volume)
Distilled Water 70 ml
Witch Hazel (Alcohol-Free) 20 ml
Polysorbate 20 (Solubilizer) 1 ml
Tetradenia riparia Essential Oil 5 ml
Peppermint Essential Oil 2 ml

Instructions:

  1. In a clean glass beaker, combine the distilled water and witch hazel.
  2. In a separate small container, mix the Tetradenia riparia Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil with the Polysorbate 20. Stir gently until the essential oils are fully dispersed. Polysorbate 20 helps to emulsify the oils in the water-based mixture.

  4. Carefully pour the mixture into a clean spray bottle.

  • Allow to air dry.
  • Use as needed throughout the day to refresh and deodorize feet.
  • Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
  • Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before widespread use to check for any potential sensitivity to the essential oils.
