Pour the base oil blend and vitamin concentrate into a clean dark glass bottle with a dropper, mixing gently with a swirling motion rather than shaking. Add the essential oils and vitamin E, then mix again until uniform. Apply 3 to 5 drops to cleansed facial skin before bed, gently pressing it in with fingertips until fully absorbed. Keep the bottle closed in a dark place at room temperature between uses.
