Product Description
Skinasensyl PW LS 9852 functional component for reactivity control in formulations
Skinasensyl PW LS 9852 is a modern cosmetic ingredient used as a raw material in advanced formulation systems designed to control skin reactivity and improve product stability. This functional ingredient is applied in manufacturing as part of an active system that balances performance and tolerance. It shows strong compatibility with emulsifier systems and rheology modifiers, making it suitable for complex formulation design. The ingredient integrates into systems without disrupting phase behavior and supports stable product structure.
Functional properties and role
Skinasensyl PW LS 9852 regulates interaction between active ingredients and skin. Within formulation systems it reduces sensory load and improves stability. It does not negatively affect rheology and remains compatible with preservatives such as Phenoxyethanol and Euxyl PE 9010. It distributes evenly across aqueous and emulsion systems.
Properties and result
In finished products Skinasensyl PW LS 9852 provides smooth texture and even application. It reduces the feeling of overloaded formulations and supports emulsion stability. In combination with Carbomer or Xanthan Gum it maintains consistency and prevents phase separation.
Purpose
The ingredient is designed to balance active systems and reduce reactivity. It allows development of complex formulations without compromising performance. It is widely used in products for sensitive skin and professional formulations.
Application
The main segment is cosmetic manufacturing including creams, emulsions and serums. In hair care it is used in scalp products. In cleaning systems it reduces surfactant harshness. In fragrance it improves compatibility. In SPA applications it is used in professional care. It is also widely used in contract manufacturing and private label.
Recipe Stabilizing emulsion for sensitive skin
Water — 67 ml
Skinasensyl PW LS 9852 — 3 g
Olivem 1000 — 5.5 g
Caprylic Capric Triglyceride — 9 ml
Glycerin — 5 ml
Xanthan Gum — 0.4 g
Panthenol — 2 g
Euxyl PE 9010 — 0.8 g
Xanthan gum is dispersed in the water phase and hydrated followed by heating. The oil phase is prepared separately. After combining phases homogenization is performed. The active and panthenol are added at lower temperature. Preservative is added at the final stage followed by stabilization.
Manufacturing stability
Skinasensyl PW LS 9852 ensures consistent batch production and supports scalable manufacturing. It integrates easily into industrial processes and maintains stable product quality.
