Cosmetic Recipe: Silky Hair Serum

• Phase A:
  • Cyclopentasiloxane: 40g
  • Dimethicone: 40g
• Phase B:
  • Silicone Emulsion DOW CORNING 5-7113: 10g
  • Argan Oil: 10g
  • Fragrance Oil (optional): a few drops

Instructions:

1. Combine the ingredients of Phase A in a clean beaker and mix well.
2. In a separate beaker, combine the ingredients of Phase B and mix well.
3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while stirring continuously.
4. Continue stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.

Recommendations for Use:

• For optimal dispersion of DOW CORNING 5-7113 in finished formulations, it is recommended to add it slowly at the end of the manufacturing process, below 40°C, under continuous stirring.
• Always perform a patch test before using any new cosmetic formulation.
