Allantoin — 2 g

Heat Phase A and Phase B separately to 70 °C, combine under continuous stirring until emulsified. When cooled to 40 °C add Phase C. The lotion has a light texture, spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and leaves a silky soft after feel without oiliness.
