Product Description

Protease Powder - Enzymatic Bioactive for Advanced Exfoliation and Keratolytic Skin Resurrounding

Enzymatic biotechnology has transformed modern cosmetic peeling and skincare formulation by introducing targeted proteolytic enzymes that gently dissolve dead cellular layers without mechanical abrasion. Protease powder represents an essential professional raw material designed to catalyze the breakdown of keratin proteins on the skin surface. This sophisticated powder integrates powerful active enzymes, targeted protein fractions, stabilizing bio-polymers, natural amino acids, protective carrier agents, and functional buffering components. By selectively cleaving peptide bonds in accumulated corneocytes, this active promotes smooth skin renewal, accelerates cellular turnover, and enhances the penetration capacity of subsequent active ingredients in advanced cosmetic treatments.

Global market demand for enzymatic exfoliants has expanded rapidly as formulators and consumers seek effective alternatives to harsh physical scrubs and high-concentration acid peels. Formulators worldwide utilize protease powder to engineer luxury enzyme peeling powders, clarifying face masks, gentle polishing cleansers, and professional spa treatments. Independent laboratories and commercial production facilities value the exceptional purity, batch stability, and precise enzymatic activity of this raw material across diverse anhydrous and powder-to-foam bases. Whether formulated in large-scale manufacturing plants or boutique professional laboratories, this enzyme integrates smoothly into dry powder blends, anhydrous balms, and activating water-based lotions, elevating standard skin care lines into professional-grade regimens.

Application Spectrum and Formulation Versatility in Industry

The versatility of this enzymatic active extends across multiple professional sectors focused on advanced skin resurfacing, gentle dermatological care, and targeted cleansing. Within the cosmetics industry, it is widely utilized for formulating water-activated cleansing powders, brightening enzyme masks, and pre-peel preparation fluids. In artisanal soap making and solid cosmetics, integration is minimal due to moisture sensitivity during storage, but it excels in dry anhydrous scrub bases and professional spa formulations. The product is not applied in candle making, household chemical production, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or commercial perfumery, maintaining its precise focus on professional aesthetic applications and advanced skin physiology.

Formulators benefit significantly from the stability and high compatibility profile of this protease when combining it with complementary raw materials such as kaolin clay, allantoin, and soothing botanical powders. The powder form ensures extended shelf life and preservation of enzymatic activity until the product is activated with water by the end user. This reliability allows developers to design targeted cosmetic lines that address complex skin texture and hyperpigmentation concerns with absolute precision and safety.

Gentle Enzymatic Cleansing Powder with Protease

Kaolin clay - 50 grams Sodium cocoyl isethionate - 30 grams Allantoin - 3 grams Protease powder - 5 grams Rice starch - 10 grams Lavender essential oil - 1 milliliter

Weigh the kaolin clay, sodium cocoyl isethionate, and rice starch into a clean, dry glass mixing bowl, ensuring all equipment is completely free of moisture. Sift the dry powders together through a fine mesh sieve to eliminate any lumps and create a uniform, homogeneous powder base. Add the allantoin and protease powder to the mixture, stirring gently with a dry spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dry blend. Incorporate the lavender essential oil drop by drop while continuing to stir the powder mixture thoroughly to prevent clumping. Transfer the finished dry cleansing powder into a tightly sealed, moisture-proof container equipped with a shaker or sifter top.

The resulting product possesses a fine, silky dry powder texture that transforms into a creamy, micro-bubbling lather upon contact with water in the palm of the hand. The cleansing powder delivers gentle enzymatic exfoliation, effectively refines skin texture, clears clogged pores, and removes dead surface cells without irritation, leaving the complexion looking exceptionally smooth, clarified, and polished.
