Placenta Protein hydrolyzed placenta protein complex for cosmetic aqueous formulations
Placenta Protein is a hydrolyzed protein complex derived from placental tissues through enzymatic hydrolysis followed by purification. The ingredient appears as a clear to slightly opalescent liquid with a light yellow to pale amber color and a mild characteristic odor.
The hydrolyzed structure allows high solubility in water and good compatibility with cosmetic aqueous systems. The ingredient integrates easily into gels, creams and emulsions and is suitable for laboratory formulation work as well as industrial scale cosmetic manufacturing.
Properties and sensory performance
In cosmetic formulations Placenta Protein contributes to light aqueous textures and supports even distribution of protein components within the formulation. Products containing the ingredient integrate well into creams, gels and serum based systems.
Industry applications
Placenta Protein is used in cosmetic formulations including creams, serums, lotions and masks. The ingredient is also incorporated into hair care formulations such as shampoos, conditioners and hair masks.
The component is widely used in professional cosmetic lines, SPA formulations and formulation development laboratories.
Formula example
Placenta Protein 35 g
Purified water 430 ml
Glycerin 65 g
Propylene glycol 40 g
Xanthan gum 4 g
Panthenol 18 g
Aloe extract 15 g
Arginine 4 g
Xanthan gum is dispersed in purified water to create a homogeneous gel base. Glycerin and propylene glycol are incorporated with mixing until uniform. Placenta Protein is then added and mixed until evenly distributed. Panthenol and aloe extract are introduced and blended thoroughly. Arginine is used to adjust the pH and stabilize the gel structure.
Placenta Protein is designed for B2B cosmetic manufacturers, formulation laboratories and contract production facilities where stable raw materials and scalable industrial manufacturing are required.
