Water — 780 ml
Glycerin — 60 g
Carbomer — 5 g
Panthenol — 20 g
Eye Lash Penta Peptide — 25 g
Preservative — 5 g
Triethanolamine — 5 g

The process begins with dispersion of carbomer in water under intensive mixing followed by hydration at controlled temperature. Glycerin is added and mixed thoroughly. The system is heated to approximately 40 degrees. Panthenol is introduced and mixed until uniform. Neutralization is performed using triethanolamine forming gel structure. During cooling below 35 degrees peptide is added under gentle mixing to preserve stability. Preservative is incorporated and system is stabilized resulting in homogeneous gel serum with consistent performance.
