2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine the cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and shea butter (Phase B). Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) while stirring until completely melted.
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a homogenizer or high-shear mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue stirring while allowing the emulsion to cool down to approximately 40°C (104°F).
5. Once cooled, gently fold in the Fragrance Oil - Rainbow Fantasy by Britney Spears (Phase C) and Vitamin E (Phase D) until evenly distributed.
6. Finally, add the preservative (Phase D) and mix well.
7. Adjust the pH of the final product if necessary (typically between 5.0 and 7.0 for skin compatibility).
8. Transfer the finished body lotion into a clean container.
