Instructions:

1. Combine the water, witch hazel distillate, and glycerin (Phase A) in a heat-resistant beaker and heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) while stirring gently.
2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine the emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, and jojoba oil (Phase B) and heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) while stirring gently until the waxes are completely melted.
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a homogenizer or high-shear mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue mixing while allowing the emulsion to cool down to approximately 40°C (104°F).
5. Once cooled, gently incorporate the fragrance oil, allantoin, and panthenol (Phase C) into the emulsion and mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
6. Finally, add the preservative (Phase D) and mix well.
7. Adjust the pH of the final product if necessary (typically between 4.5 and 6.5 for optimal skin compatibility).
8. Transfer the finished aftershave balm into a clean container.

Application Recommendations:

After shaving, apply a small amount of the Charismatic Aftershave Balm onto clean, dry skin.
