2. In a separate clean beaker, combine the Fragrance Oil Into The Blue, ESCADA, and Polysorbate 20 (Phase B). Stir gently until the fragrance oil is fully dissolved in the Polysorbate 20.
3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while continuously stirring. The mixture should become clear or slightly translucent.
4. Once fully combined, add the preservative (Phase C) and stir gently to ensure even distribution.
5. Carefully pour the finished body mist into a clean spray bottle.

Application Recommendations:
