3. Emulsify: Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a stick blender or high-shear mixer. Blend thoroughly until a smooth, uniform emulsion forms.
4. Cool Down: Continue mixing occasionally as the emulsion cools to below 40°C (104°F). This helps ensure stability and prevents separation.
5. Add Phase C & D: Once cooled, add the Fragrance Oil "Fatale Pink, Agent Provocateur", preservative, and Vitamin E. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the fragrance is evenly dispersed.
