2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine the emulsifying wax and sweet almond oil (Phase B) and heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) until the wax is completely melted.
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a homogenizer or high-shear mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue stirring while allowing the emulsion to cool to approximately 40°C (104°F).
5. Once cooled, add the fragrance oil, preservative, and Vitamin E acetate (Phase C) and gently stir until evenly incorporated.
6. Adjust the pH of the final product if necessary (typically between 5.0 and 6.0 for optimal skin compatibility).
7. Transfer the finished lotion into a clean container.
