Purified water 800 ml
Propanediol 50 g
Glycerin 40 g
Laminaria extract 20 g
Panthenol 10 g
Preservative system 2 g

Purified water is combined with propanediol and glycerin and mixed until a homogeneous aqueous base is obtained. Oligoceane is then incorporated and evenly distributed through continuous mixing. Laminaria extract and panthenol are added while stirring continues until the system becomes uniform. The preservative system is introduced at the final stage. The pH is adjusted to a balanced level suitable for aqueous cosmetic formulations. The final product is a lightweight mineral serum with uniform texture.
