Nutrilan Keratin W PP is a water soluble hydrolyzed keratin complex designed for cosmetic formulations targeting hair and skin care. Purified water 750 ml
Glycerin 50 g
Panthenol 10 g
Polyquaternium 10 2 g
Betaine 20 g
Preservative system 2 g

In purified water glycerin and betaine are mixed until completely dissolved. Polyquaternium 10 is pre dispersed in a small portion of water and introduced into the main phase under intensive mixing to form a uniform base. Nutrilan Keratin W PP is then incorporated and mixed thoroughly until evenly distributed. Panthenol and the preservative system are added and the mixture continues to be stirred until homogeneous. The pH is adjusted to a range suitable for protein based systems. The result is a conditioning gel system suitable for hair and scalp formulations.
