Amipreserve™ — plant-based preservative with natural salicylic acid

Amipreserve™ is a plant-derived preservative enriched with natural salicylic acid. It delivers reliable antimicrobial protection while offering gentle exfoliating benefits. This dual-action makes it ideal for modern formulations targeting sensitive, oily, or problem-prone skin. It is particularly suitable for brands focused on clean beauty, low-irritation ingredients, and high skin compatibility.

Thanks to its compatibility with a wide range of ingredients — peptides, botanical hydrosols, surfactants, bioactives, and emulsifiers — Amipreserve™ can be used in toners, serums, gels, masks, creams, and cleansing formulas. It is active across a pH range of 4.0–8.0, and remains stable under storage and processing conditions.

No heating is required. The ingredient can be added during the cool-down phase without impacting the integrity or texture of the product.

Distilled Water — 78.5%
Glycerin — 3%
Amipreserve™ — 1.2%
Natural Salicylic Acid — 0.5%
Bisabolol — 0.4%
Peptide SYN®-AKE — 1%
Trehalose — 2%
Surfactant: Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate — 5%
Cornflower Hydrosol — 3%
Cucumber Extract — 5%

Mix all ingredients at room temperature, stir until uniform. Adjust final pH to 5.0–5.5. Bottle into a sterile container.
