Cosmetic Recipe: Activated Charcoal & Black Clay Detox Bar

Instructions:

1. Cut the Neri Black Soap Base into small, even-sized cubes.
2. Place the soap base in a heat-safe container and melt it slowly using a double boiler or in short intervals in a microwave, stirring gently until fully liquid and smooth. Avoid overheating.
3. In a separate small bowl, thoroughly mix the Activated Charcoal Powder and Black Clay (if using) to ensure there are no clumps.
4. Once the soap base is melted, gradually add the charcoal and clay mixture to the melted soap, stirring continuously until the color is evenly dispersed.
5. Carefully stir in the Jojoba Oil and your chosen Essential Oil.
6. Pour the mixture into your desired soap molds.
7. Allow the soap to cool and harden completely at room temperature (this may take several hours). You can speed up the process by placing the molds in a refrigerator.
8. Once hardened, gently remove the soap bars from the molds.

Application Recommendations:

Lather the Neri Black Soap Bar with water in your hands or on a washcloth. Gently cleanse your face and body, avoiding contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Due to the inclusion of activated charcoal and clay, this soap may have a mild exfoliating effect. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store the soap bar in a cool, dry place when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
