Cosmetic Recipe: Moonlit Radiance Cream Highlighter

Instructions:

1. In a heat-safe beaker, combine the distilled water and glycerin (Water Phase). Heat to 70-75°C.
2. In a separate heat-safe beaker, combine the Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Jojoba Oil, and Emulsifying Wax NF (Oil Phase). Heat to 70-75°C, stirring until the wax is fully melted.
3. Slowly pour the Oil Phase into the Water Phase while continuously and vigorously stirring with a mini mixer or whisk until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue stirring gently as the emulsion cools to below 40°C.
5. Once cooled, gently fold in the Mica Moon Light, ensuring it is evenly dispersed throughout the cream. Avoid vigorous stirring at this stage to prevent air bubbles.
6. Add the preservative and Vitamin E Acetate, stirring gently to combine.
7. Carefully transfer the cream highlighter into a clean container.
