Purpose	LIPCUAT-19 is a nanodispersion of phospholipids from soy lecithin that is combined with a quaternary polymer. Provides a highly substantive, positively charged (cationic) network that encapsulates silicones, elastomer, panthenol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and vitamin E. LIPCUAT™ nanoparticles are positively charged (cationic). They are made from a membrane of specially selected soy lecithin phospholipids bound to specific cationic polymers and have a submicron particle size (110 to 300 nanometers), allowing them to achieve high stability and penetrate the hair fiber.
