Building Firmness Into Modern Anti-Aging Formulas
IDEALIFT is a concentrated active ingredient used in the development of creams, serums, and masks with a pronounced firming effect on the skin. The 100 g package size is well suited for studio-scale and small-batch production, giving cosmetologists, independent laboratories, and emerging brands enough raw material for regular trial and commercial runs without wasting unused stock. This ingredient belongs to the Lifting Systems category, which brings together actives focused on strengthening the skin structure, increasing density, and reducing the visible appearance of wrinkles.
The primary application of IDEALIFT is in anti-aging skincare formulations for the face, neck, and decollete area. The active component supports metabolic processes within the dermis, helps maintain the synthesis of structural proteins, and contributes to a visibly smoother skin surface. Beyond skincare, this ingredient is also in demand for professional salon products and premium at-home treatment lines. It occasionally appears in body creams aimed at contour firming as well.
IDEALIFT pairs well with other actives from the lifting category. It is frequently combined with PEPTI-lift 5 ml to reinforce the peptide-driven action on the skin, and with Adipofill'In 5 ml when the formulation needs to both restore volume and tighten facial contours simultaneously. For products targeting the reduction of expression lines, formulators often add Botox like Complex 5 g to achieve a more comprehensive anti-aging result.
The recommended usage rate for IDEALIFT ranges from 1 to 5 percent of the total formula weight, depending on the target product and desired intensity of effect. The ingredient should be added during the final stage of emulsion preparation, in the cool phase, at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, to prevent degradation of the active molecules. Before incorporation, it is advisable to pre-mix the ingredient with a small portion of the base phase to ensure even distribution throughout the formula. Store the raw material in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, in a tightly sealed container, keeping it away from moisture.
For labs moving toward larger production volumes, a 100 g batch allows several formula variations to be tested before scaling up, making this size practical for research teams developing new anti-aging lines.
Firming Facial Serum
Distilled water 68 ml
Glycerin 5 ml
Xanthan gum 0.5 g
IDEALIFT 4 g
Hyaluronic acid solution 3 ml
Preservative 1 ml
Emulsifier 4 g
Sweet almond oil 7 ml
Dissolve the xanthan gum and glycerin in the distilled water, mixing thoroughly and letting it hydrate for about 20 minutes. Separately, warm the sweet almond oil with the emulsifier to around 40 degrees Celsius. Combine both phases while whisking continuously until a smooth, stable emulsion forms. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then add IDEALIFT, the hyaluronic acid solution, and the preservative, stirring gently with a silicone spatula. Transfer the finished serum into a glass dropper bottle and let it stabilize at room temperature for 24 hours before first use.
