Fision GlowPlex integrated aqueous complex with niacinamide and plant-derived fractions for serum engineering and fluid formulations
Fision GlowPlex is designed as a unified aqueous system where multiple functional elements are pre-balanced within a single ingredient. It combines niacinamide with plant-derived fractions from pea and quinoa, forming a stable solution suitable for transparent and lightweight formulations. This material is applied in serum engineering, fluid concentrates, toning systems and low-density emulsions, as well as in professional product development where formulation efficiency and repeatability are essential.
From a formulation design perspective, Fision GlowPlex serves as a consolidated active platform rather than a single-purpose additive. The niacinamide portion operates within the hydrophilic phase, while the botanical fractions contribute to the internal matrix that supports dispersion and interaction of components. This arrangement allows formulators to streamline composition building and reduce the need for multiple separate inputs while maintaining system coherence.
In application, the complex is incorporated into water-based systems such as serums, gel concentrates and refreshing liquid formats. It integrates effectively with hydration-supporting structures including glycerin systems, polymer-based thickeners and other hydrophilic actives. In advanced formulation work, it can function as the central element of the active phase, around which the rest of the system is structured. In controlled development environments, it is used to produce formulations with consistent and predictable behavior.
Functionally, Fision GlowPlex disperses uniformly within aqueous media and supports the formation of a stable functional environment. It does not directly modify viscosity or structural parameters, but contributes to the balance and interaction of components within the formulation. Its pre-configured composition minimizes compatibility issues and enhances formulation reliability across different product formats.
In formulation practice, the complex is introduced after the primary aqueous or gel base has been established. It is compatible with hyaluronic acid, amino acid systems, beta glucan, panthenol and mild preservation systems. For optimal performance, it is added during the cooling phase to maintain the integrity of its components.
Usage levels are defined by technical specifications and adjusted by the formulator based on formulation objectives and target performance.
Example formulation: Hydration-focused serum with integrated complex
Purified water 61 ml
Fision GlowPlex 12 g
Glycerin 5 g
Sodium PCA 3 g
Hyaluronic acid solution 1% 10 ml
Panthenol 3 g
Beta glucan 2 g
Preservative 1 g
pH adjuster 3 g
Process: sodium PCA and glycerin are dissolved in purified water under continuous mixing to create a uniform base. Hyaluronic acid solution and beta glucan are then incorporated. After cooling, Fision GlowPlex is added with controlled agitation. Panthenol and preservative are introduced at the final stage, followed by pH adjustment. The formulation is mixed until a clear and stable system is achieved.
Example formulation: Fluid gel serum with multi-component aqueous system
Purified water 59 ml
Fision GlowPlex 10 g
Glycerin 5 g
Hydroxyethylcellulose 1 g
Niacinamide 2 g
Hyaluronic acid solution 1% 10 ml
Panthenol 3 g
Preservative 1 g
pH adjuster 9 g
Process: hydroxyethylcellulose is pre-dispersed in glycerin and then introduced into water under mixing to form a smooth gel matrix. Once stabilized, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid are incorporated. Fision GlowPlex is added during the cooling stage to preserve system integrity. Preservative is introduced, followed by pH adjustment. The system is mixed until fully homogeneous and filled.
Fision GlowPlex is used in formulations where multiple functional components are required within a single aqueous structure. It simplifies formulation design, enhances compatibility and supports consistent performance across serum and fluid-based products.
