Instructions for Preparing the "Radiant Reset" Brightening Serum:

1. Sanitization: Thoroughly sanitize all glassware, utensils, and your serum bottle. Allow them to air dry completely.

2. Prepare Phase A: In a heat-resistant beaker, combine distilled water and propanediol (or glycerin).

3. Disperse Xanthan Gum: Sprinkle xanthan gum over the surface of the water/propanediol mixture. Stir well to disperse and prevent clumping. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to fully hydrate and form a clear gel.

4. Heat Phase A (Optional, for quicker hydration): Gently heat Phase A on a hot plate or in a water bath to about 40-50°C if the xanthan gum is not hydrating quickly. Stir consistently. Once a clear gel forms, remove from heat.

5. Cool Phase A: Allow Phase A to cool down to room temperature (below 40°C) before proceeding. This is crucial for the stability of subsequent ingredients.

9. Bottle: Carefully transfer the finished serum into a clean, sanitized dropper bottle or airless pump bottle.
