Recipe for a lightweight cream with Optinov Green emulsifier

Purified water 700 g
Optinov Green 50 g
Glycerin 60 g
Jojoba oil 90 ml
Sunflower oil 80 ml
Preservative 20 g

To prepare the cream, glycerin is added to purified water and mixed until uniform. Optinov Green is then introduced into the aqueous phase with continuous mixing until fully dispersed. The oil phase is prepared separately by blending the oils until uniform. The oil phase is gradually added to the aqueous phase under constant mixing to form a stable emulsion. After a smooth texture is achieved, the preservative is incorporated and mixing continues until fully homogeneous. The finished cream is left to stabilize its structure.
