3. Slowly pour the oil phase into the water phase while continuously stirring with a stick blender or whisk.

5. Remove from heat and continue stirring gently as the lotion cools down.
6. Once the lotion has cooled to below 40°C (104°F), add the vitamin E and preservative. Stir gently until fully incorporated.
7. Transfer the lotion to a clean container.
